Personality:He
is cold, and a wise-cracker, he is the definition of a smart arse, and
doesn't mind killing. He will kill those who even slightly impede on
his plans, but doesn't kill for fun, but makes damn sure he kills his
main target. Lately however he is kind hearted and poetic, he likes to help people and see them laugh, but he hasn't lost his warrior drive.

Abilities: He is a normal human, that through
intense training, under a hidden art called the Dragon Fist has reached
the absolute pinnacle of human fitness, he is able to punch through
wood, and most metals, he can run faster than the most fit of athletes,
and can perform at max exertion for 2 hours before the effects of
fatigue set in.

Through a hidden technique in the Dragon Fist
technique, Jakob can augment his body with the power that is unlocked.
This power is sealed in every human but is unable to be tapped into,
with his fighting style Jakob has figured out how to. With his powers
augmented, he can easily punch through a line of steel girders in a
single punch and through punches at the speeds of about 100 per second
(However he cannot do these both at the same time, he can only augment
one ability at any given time) He can have almost unlimited stamina.

A
special ability of the art Dragon Fist, called the of course "Dragon
Fist" is a punch that uses a lot of power augmented into a single fist,
that allows Jakob to punch with incredible force, able to break bones
and cause internal damage without doing damage to Jakob's fist, this
power if used in succession leaves Jakob mentally drained.

Jakob
can also briefly meld minds with a willing target sharing, emotions,
and memories, however this leaves Jakob lightheaded and disoriented.

When
Jakob purges his power a radial effect pours from his body of his aura,
in this attack the aura is changed on the effect it will have,
concussive force, that travels through foes to continue on to others in
it's wake, this is considerably weaker than the other form which stops
at the first foe it hits to do more damage. Concussive is yellow and
hitting is red. The normal area of effect is about 5 and a half feet,
however he can extend it to the length of a football field, which is
powerful, but leaves Jakob nearly completely immobile for days.

Through more intense training Jakob has learned to reverse the effects of aging making him immortal to death of old age and he can also heal wounds.

History/Bio/Background:The
son of Wendall Rand, and Heather Rand, Jakob was raised in a small hut
on the side of a mountain with serious martial arts training from a
very young age, his father was the founder of the Dragon Fist Art. One
day when Jakob was nine years old, as a part of a training sessions his
mother and father took him to walk, barefooted ,the mountain range.
During an ice storm him and his parents were sent toppling off a
treacherous mountain passage, Jakob rescued his mother and father by
dragging them out of the elements into a covered ice shelf. The Ice
ledge was unsteady and easily broke with the weight. While he and his
mother landed on a ledge below, his father dangled over the sheer drop
of the mountainside and called to his son for help. Unable to reach his
father in time, Jakob watched his father fall to his death. Attempting
to make it back to the hut on their own, Heather and her son traveled
on a long worn path as a pack of wolves attacked. Heather tried to hold
them off long enough for her son to get to safety and was killed in the
effort. Soon thereafter a wandering hermit found the small Jakob who
had been wandering for weeks, scrounging on any food source. When the
hermit took the boy to a nearby town he was enrolled in the nearest
martial art school, where he continued his training, at the age of
nineteen he perfected the "Dragon Fist" and killed his master with the
move as a accidental power purge. Through the deaths he experienced
Jakob turned cold and covered his pain with humor, He moved to his own
small house and makes a living by stealing and killing for contracts. Jakob had left Sheinara, and the known world, only to come back to see the love of his life, Lianna dying once she had passed Jakob had returned to his place of solitude, he learned a new power, in which he could reverse chi to nullify the effects of aging and could also heal. Jakob had accidentally reversed his age, to when he was only 20, with this power Jakob continued to wander when he stumbled upon the land Ceriba, where he sensed the life of his love Lianna, and he stayed.
